Vaping: Day 6

Today was a new day at work with no cigarettes and only my PV.  I did very well throught out the whole day and didn’t crave a cig and just used my PV.  I did have one cig today when a guy came out and we were talking and so I asked for one of his.  I smoked it, but I didn’t enjoy smoking it like I used to and the general taste of it and the after taste once I was done with it was just nasty.  I had to go get a soda and wash out my mouth.

At this point my sense of smell and taste is returning and blood flow is increasing back to a normal level.  I’m slowly becomming a non-smoker again.
